Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?: A: We have our own factories in Foshan City.

Q: What is your minimum quantity order?: A: We don’t have MOQ, one set is possible.

Q: How can we guarantee quality?: A: We always pre-production sample before mass production; And before shipping, we always final inspection and pre-assembled, and show you videos and pictures to check, until you are satisfied with all the details.

Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?: A: Yes, we can provide the samples. All the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

Q: What is your terms of payment?: A: 30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before loading.

Q: Why should you buy from us not from other suppliers?: A: PRIMA is a professional manufacturer for custom construction materials. We can offer one-stop solution for Residential and Commercial Project. We have our own designer team.

Q: What is your after-sale service?: A: After we deliver the goods, we will send the detailed drawings, installation instructions and packing list to tell you how to install. For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time.
